You have no doubt heard or used the expression breaking down. Breaking down, means to show one’s feelings, usually sadness. It is inexplicably ironic that a natural emotion is given a negative euphemistic name
Beginning at a young age, boys are primarily valued for achievement, stoicism and heroism. Men are primarily valued for achievement, stoicism, heroism and financial success. Being valued for achievement, success, stoicism and ‘heroism’ produces arrogance and grandiosity with little inner well-being.

Retirement for most people is a positive thing, unless it is due to illness. More retirees leave their jobs because they want to, not because they are pushed out. So for most, the last day on the job is a joyful one. But, maybe retirees are not prepared for another feeling that often follows that last day of work: a profound sense of loss.

When you realize your control the rest easier when you practice meditation for self-development.
If you lose your self control, you lose all site of your goals and wishes. We often will lose control because of so much negative thinking and bad choices. when you ups and down times, you lose all control, and the negative feelings flare up again and produce the subconcious,by allowing to take the remaining positive and upbeat feelings and then causing you to lose all sight and control of things. These negetive or bad feelings will often lead to depression, and failure. Most times when you fail to take and pull back your control, thus the only way out in most instances is meditation and relaxation through self help.

A funny thing happened to me this morning. I was getting my car checked out by my mechanic for a business trip and I was thinking about all the things I had left to do in preparation for the trip, including my Wise Grappler business. As I sat there thinking about all the things I had to do and not enough time to do them, I considered canceling my business trip because that would’ve given me all the time I needed…or would it?
