Internet Marketing - Content Is Still King

Wednesday, April 9th, 2008

There is a saying on the Internet: Content is King

What exactly is meant by “content”? Content is the text part of your website. Search engines use the content of your pages in order to determine how to rank them for specific searches. Search engines do no care how pretty (or cheesy) you site looks. An ugly site will often rank higher in the search engines if it has better content (and some other factors).

Flash movies on a site look cool, but Google and Yahoo can’t “read” flash. If a lot of your content is presented in Flash, the search engines won’t have a clue as to what your page is about.

How To Start An Internet Marketing Business The Right Way

Tuesday, February 12th, 2008

Running your own Internet Marketing business is really the best way to make money in the world. You get to set your own hours. You can work from almost anywhere in the world. All of your efforts go towards YOUR business and YOUR success, rather than a large corporation’s. You write your own paycheck.
