Cold Sores are a reoccurring blister that generally forms on the lips or inside of the mouth. Cold Sores are another name for the virus Herpes Simplex Virus 1 (HSV-1). While the virus is inactive no sign of its presence is detected. It is in the active stages that the painful blister is evident. Preventing or reducing the risk of the virus becoming active is very desirable. Here are few suggestions in minimizing an outbreak.

When you want to build muscle, you must eat a proper diet. A complete, balanced diet will provide your body with the nutrients it needs to grow and accommodate the expansion of muscles so that you can achieve that Michelangelo-sculpted body you’ve always dreamed about.
A proper diet will consist of a balance of the recommended servings of each of the food groups, with an emphasis on protein-based foods. Building muscle requires a massive amount of protein, as protein is the main cornerstone for developing muscle.

This can be very difficult because sometime we feel like we don’t want to hurt the feelings of the ones we love. We struggle with finding the right approach to get them help. The first thing is that you have to accept that you NEED to get them help! This is not an option. Accept responsibility as a loving friend or family member and be determined to do something about it.

Several studies have been conducted on cholesterol and diets. There are strong links between eating dairy products (cheese, cakes), meat, animal organs, egg yolks and elevated cholesterol levels in the human body. Likewise, these studies also found that cholesterol level is typically within normal range for folks who eat more fresh fruits and vegetables!
The recent movie “Super Size Me” has taught us that fast foods are typically high in saturated fats and opting deliberately for convenience meals is a sure way of inviting health challenges. So eating FRESH is the first step in managing cholesterol. Fruit, vegetables (sorry folks, french fries being excluded), and grains will help you maintain optimal health.
